Refund Policy:

Any and all questions or issues about refunds can be submitted to nance@cowgirlartbynance.com or call (805) 644-7858.

RETURNS:

*Money back, except for SPECIAL ORDERS of unusual sizes or styles.
*Returns will be honored for up to 10 days after you receive them.
*All returned items must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
*Changes or alterations you have done yourself cannot be returned for credit.
*A 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Return shipping is free if there was an error on our part; otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

We attempt to ship all orders in one (1) week, foregoing any issues that arise due to out of stock items, or any problems with our suppliers. All back orders are shipped immediately upon receipt.

All items are shipped via UPS only.

Shipping/Handling is calculated by distance, weight and value.
